Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your piece. To request a return, refund, resize, or store credit, contact us within this period at hola@sarjewellery.com
All SAR pieces are handmade to order and crafted to your selected size. We encourage you to review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
Within 7 Days of Delivery

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The piece must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns are accepted for store credit only, subject to approval. To be eligible:

Store credit will be issued for the value of the item once the return is received and approved.

Original shipping fees are excluded from the store credit value
Sale Purchases
All items purchased during a promotional or sale period are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale purchases. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. If a sale item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us at hola@sarjewellery.com and we will assess it upon receipt.

Resizes
If a resize is required, the original piece must first be returned to our studio.
Once received and approved, the piece will be returned to you in the requested size.
All resize returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Quality Concerns
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault or does not match its description, contact us immediately at hola@sarjewellery.com. All claims are assessed upon receipt and may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Manufacturing faults identified after wear are covered under our lifetime manufacturing warranty and are assessed separately from refunds.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift, once the return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, particularly for higher-value pieces, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Delivery times for resized or remade pieces may vary depending on location.
