Shipping policy
All SAR jewellery is made to order, crafted with care in our studio. Shipping timeframes vary depending on the nature of the piece, with a small selection of 1OF1 pieces available as ready to ship.
Production & Dispatch
Most SAR pieces are made to order and require production prior to dispatch. Please allow 1-3 weeks for production before your order ships.
1OF1 pieces are an exception and are ready to ship. These are typically dispatched on the next business day, unless a resize is required. In this case, please allow 3-4 business days for dispatch.
Once your piece is ready, orders are generally dispatched on the next business day.
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a specific date, please include your request in the order notes or contact us at
hola@sarjewellery.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery times are estimated from dispatch and may vary depending on location, courier performance, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Free standard and express shipping is available on orders over AUD 120, where applicable.

Tracking details are automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched.
We recommend ensuring delivery details are accurate and that a secure delivery address is provided, as delivery and receipt are the responsibility of the customer once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or stolen while in transit, we will assist where reasonably possible by liaising with the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International orders are shipped duties unpaid. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. Delays caused by customs clearance do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
