How will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in our signature gift box and pouch, alongside a polishing cloth and ring sizer. Sealed in a branded cotton dustbag, a detail-driven start to something lasting.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our pieces are handmade to order and take 2 to 3 weeks to produce. Once your piece ships, you'll receive an email with full tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Every order includes tracked and secure express shipping, with expedited options available at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do. Digital gift cards are available and delivered instantly, ideal when the choice deserves to be theirs.
Exchange & Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Your item must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
All pieces are handmade to order in your specified size. If you’re not satisfied or need a different size, contact us at hola@sarjewellery.com. Once we receive your return, resize, or exchange, we’ll issue a gift credit for the item’s value (excluding shipping fees).

Production
How do I find my ring size?
A well-fitting ring should resist the knuckle but remove comfortably. We offer several ways to measure your size. Find them all here. If your size isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll create a custom fit.
How do I find my bracelet size?
Our bracelets come in three sizes: S, M, and L.
Wrists under 16 cm: Size Small
Wrists 16–17.5 cm: Size Medium
Wrists over 17.5 cm: Size Large
For a precise fit:
- Wrap a string or strip of paper around your wrist with the desired looseness.
- Mark the point where it meets.
- Measure the length with a ruler.
Choose the closest size at checkout and leave your custom measurement in the notes. We’ll handle the rest.

Where is your jewellery made?
Each piece is made start to finish in our Sydney studio. We use recycled sterling silver and gold, carefully selected materials, and traditional techniques to ensure every detail reflects thoughtful craftsmanship.

Shipping times depend on your location and typically range from 1 to 2 weeks.
How long does a piece take to make?
Each piece is handmade to order in our Sydney studio and takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
