How will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in our signature gift box and pouch, alongside a polishing cloth and ring sizer. Sealed in a branded cotton dustbag, a detail-driven start to something lasting.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our pieces are handmade to order and take 1 to 3 weeks to produce. Ready to Ship pieces are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your piece ships, you'll receive an email with full tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Every order is tracked, with express options available at checkout. International orders are shipped duties unpaid, so any import taxes or fees set by your country are paid on arrival.
Do you have a physical store?
We don't have our own store. Every piece is made in our Sydney studio and sold here online. You can also find our work at our stockists in Tokyo, Fukuoka, New York and Buenos Aires. See stockists.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do. Digital gift cards are available and delivered instantly, ideal when the choice deserves to be theirs.
Exchange & Returns
What is your return policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, refunded to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. Between 8 and 30 days of delivery, returns are accepted for store credit only. Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Custom sizes, 1OF1 pieces, bespoke pieces, engraved or personalised pieces and sale items cannot be returned. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.

How do I find my ring size?
A well-fitting ring should resist the knuckle but remove comfortably. We offer several ways to measure your size. Find them all here. If your size isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll create a custom fit.
How do I find my bracelet size?
Our bracelets come in three sizes: S, M, and L.
Wrists under 16 cm: Size Small
Wrists 16–17.5 cm: Size Medium
Wrists over 17.5 cm: Size Large
For a precise fit:
- Wrap a string or strip of paper around your wrist with the desired looseness.
- Mark the point where it meets.
- Measure the length with a ruler.
Choose the closest size at checkout and leave your custom measurement in the notes. We’ll handle the rest.

Where is your jewellery made?
Each piece is made start to finish in our Sydney studio. We use recycled sterling silver and gold, carefully selected materials, and traditional techniques to ensure every detail reflects thoughtful craftsmanship.
