The octagon is a contemporary shape although present throughout the ages from Roman times, this style gained popularity during the Georgian Era, and was a coveted design for Art Deco signets.  

An octagonal cut bloodstone, featuring the subtlest flecks of red through a deep green hue, is set into the face our Ornament signet ring handcrafted in 9ct solid yellow gold.

sizing

 Accurate self-measurement of ring sizes can be challenging, but we offer strategies to calculate your size. A well-fitting ring or signet should resist sliding over the knuckle while allowing painless removal. The're are different ways to find out your size:

 
Jeweler Visit
For precise sizing, visit a local jeweler, trying rings or bringing your own. They offer sizes in European, Japanese, US, or UK/Australian standards.
 
Consider:
Measure when warm, as finger size fluctuates with temperature.
Measure the specific finger for wear.
Our sizing accommodates European, Japanese, US, and UK/Australian standards.

For an existing piece:
If you have a ring that fits you at home, measuring is straightforward, place it on top of a ruler and measure the widest part of the inside of the ring.
Alternatively, wrap string below the knuckle, mark, and measure with a ruler.

This ring has a I.D. (Inside diameter) of 19 mm, if your ring appears to be between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size.


Using our sizer included on every order:
Insert end into buckle, ensuring a loose fit.
Tighten over knuckle, slide down to finger.
Note the size by the arrow; consider half sizes.
